With over 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and public financial management, I provide expert guidance on effective internal controls, robust risk management strategies, and sound governance practices. Advising organizations on these principles to ensure integrity and accountability in their operations.
I’m currently the Head of Internal Audit at Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC) having previously worked as an internal auditor at the Central Bank of Kenya for over 14 years and the Kenya Revenue Authority as a revenue officer.
I’m a sustainability leader, deeply committed to systems thinking as a catalyst for transformational change. My passion drives my active involvement in sustainability initiatives, where I champion responsible and forward-thinking practices. Additionally, I undertake consultancy assignments and facilitate training sessions on risk management and internal controls, both within my local context and across Africa.
